AU DESIGNS REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation:

  • We understand plans change! Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, your order is already being prepared and cannot be cancelled.

Defective / Damaged Items:

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item is defective or damaged, please let us know within 48 hoursof receiving it.

  • Send us clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Once verified, AU Designz will replace the item or issue a store credit. Refunds outside this period are not available.

Returns & Refunds:

  • To keep things fair, all items are final saleafter 48 hours.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are only given for verified defective items within the 48-hour window.
